Space High Maneuvers

Silent Spring by Massive Attack on Grooveshark There is a question that should be asked.

So the light can't escape the gravitational pull of a black hole even though it has no mass because gravity can / should be explained with geometry. Did the black hole curved the space-time to a point space-time closed into a bubble and hanging from our universe. Does it no have to be closed in order for light to not escape?
Can this way of thinking be used as a reference to multiverse theory? Because I think if Lawrance Krauss's modal of a flat universe from nothing is true, the black hole distrubution can be in sync with the ripples on the membrane of our universe.
